I read this essay in school the other day and wanted you all to read it too: X. I've found that one of the best things about actually owning a book, is marking in it.

    I used to be so against marking in books, but the older I've become and the more beautiful books I've read, I've realized the exact same thing the quote here is saying.

      yay for book markers! yes, i've realized the same thing because the more i just love the book's guts, the more i mark in it.
